Lo Cascio Nabs Crossroads League Weekly Honor

INDIANAPOLIS – Taylor's Salvador Lo Cascio was named the Crossroads League Men's Tennis Player of the Week on Monday, as announced by the league office.
Lo Cascio claimed his first CL Player-of-the-Week nod after registering a pair of wins to help Taylor edge Huntington by the score of 5-4 in TU's lone match of the week. Lo Cascio teamed with Stephen All for an 8-2 win at No. 3 doubles, before taking a 6-4, 6-2 win at No. 2 singles. Lo Cascio now boasts 14 total wins in his first collegiate campaign with the Trojans
Taylor now has 42 Crossroads League and Mid-States Football Association Player-of-the-Week honors during the 2016-2017 campaign.
Lo Cascio and the TU men's tennis team will continue their spring season on April 19, when they host Cedarville in a 4:00 pm contest.
