Edwards Named NAIA Scholar-Athlete

KANSAS CITY – Junior Libby Edwards of the Taylor women's golf team has been named a 2016 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes for women's golf, announced by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics this week.
In order to be eligible to be named an NAIA Scholar-Athlete, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade-point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved junior academic status at their current institution.
Edwards was one of just 12 student-athletes from the Crossroads League to make the list.
