KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Taylor's Noah Ross has been named an NAIA All-American as announced by the NAIA national office last week.
Ross earned a spot on the NAIA All-American third team after posting a 73.97 scoring average in 34 rounds of tournament play. A junior from Upland, Indiana, Ross posted eight top-10 finishes in 14 events and managed 11 rounds of par or better en route to All-Crossroads League recognition and a spot on the NAIA All-Region team.
Ross earned a pair of runner-up finishes during the 2021-2022 season, including at the 2022 Crossroads League Championship. Ross posted a career-low round of 6-under par 66 in a runner-up finish at the Showdown at Legends in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in February and collected an impressive tie for seventh place at the Roadrunner Classic in Dalton, Georgia in April
Ross becomes the sixth Trojan in program history to earn All-American honors joining Don Faimon (1977), Terry Schaumleffel (1979), Alec Dutkowski (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019), Mitch Lamping (2018) and Javan Johnson (2021).
