Bio

2014 – 2015 at Taylor: Serving as the team’s captain, Robbins alternated between No. 3 and No. 4 singles for Taylor in his sophomore season while also playing a match at the No. 2 position…Finished with a singles record of 3-12 overall in the fall, 1-5 at No. 3 and 2-4 at No. 4… Played with Carter Perry primarily at the No. 2 doubles position throughout the fall season where the duo went 1-10, finishing 2-14 overall and earning a win to advance to the semifinals of Flight B in the Marian Doubles Tournament.

2013 – 2014 at Taylor: Went 4-5 in his first fall season at TU at the No. 6 singles position and went 4-7 overall with two losses in the competitive ITA Tournament...Posted a 4-2 record at No. 6 singles in Crossroads League dual match play…Played doubles primarily with Carter Perry at the No. 2 position, earning two wins in five spring matches…Perry and Robbins also went 1-2 in tournament play, earning a victory in Flight B of the Marian Doubles Tournament in the fall.

Prep: From Goshen, Indiana and attended Northridge High School…Lettered all four years in tennis under head coach Evan Atkinson, a Taylor alumnus…Named All-Conference in the Northern Lakes Conference (NLC) in 2010 and 2012…Earned All-District honors in 2012 and was named the team’s Most Valuable Player in 2011 and 2012…Winner of the team’s Mental Attitude Award in 2010…An Academic Honor-Roll student.

Personal: Son of Greg and Pat Robbins…Majoring in Finance.
