Crossroads League Release | TU Honors Page
UPLAND, Ind. – The Crossroads League announced its 2019-2020 Academic All-CL honors on Tuesday afternoon, with Taylor hauling in 80 awards from the conference office.
The Trojans accounted for the 80-of-725 awards handed out by the Crossroads League, collecting the third-highest total of the 10-team league.
In order to be eligible for Academic All-Crossroads League recognition, a student-athlete must have reached junior status academically during the semester of their competitive season and must possess a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 and above.
Taylor's 80 Academic All-Crossroads League honors bump TU's total number of academic all-league standouts to 99 for the entire 2019-2020 year, as the Trojans also collected a combined 19 Academic All-MSFA and Academic All-WHAC awards earlier this year from the sports of football and lacrosse.
In addition to those honors, Taylor will officially receive 104 NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors in September, when the NAIA announces its 2019-2020 Scholar-Athlete list.
