  • Posted 659-176 (.789) record over 24 years as NAIA women’s basketball head coach
  • Led programs at Indiana Wesleyan, Saint Francis (IL) and Marian
  • Guided teams to 18 seasons of at least 25 wins and reached 20 wins in all but two seasons
  • Coached 22 of his teams to the NAIA National Tournament
  • Led IWU to NAIA National Championships in 2007 and 2013
  • Piled up 13 regular season conference titles
  • Steered squads to conference tourney titles eight times
  • Was an 11-time Coach of the Year in his conference
  • Two-time NAIA National Coach of the Year
  • Set NAIA record with 56-straight wins from 2006 through 2008
