Harden Named Crossroads League Runner of the Week

AVON, Ohio – Sarah Harden was named the Crossroads League Female Runner of the Week following her stellar performance at the Ray Bullock Invite Friday evening.

Harden claimed the individual victory on her home course at the TUXC Farm. She recorded a blazing time of 17:42.6 to set a new Taylor program record, beating her old record by four-seconds. Harden topped the field of 135 runners with 10-seconds separating her from the second place finisher.

Harden's impressive performance helped Taylor claim first place as a team, winning its second-straight meet this season.

The senior has now garnered 11 Crossroads League Runner of the Week honors during her Taylor career.

Harden and the No. 6 Trojans (30-0) will return to the course on October 3 in Louisville, Kentucky for the Louisville Cross Country Classic.
