Eight Trojans Named NAIA Scholar-Athletes

UPLAND, Ind. – Eight members of the Taylor men's track and field team were named NAIA Scholar-Athletes the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics recently announced.
Taylor's Aaron Crull, Tanner Dye, Jordan Florian, Matt Hall, Clayton Orender, Aaron Scott, Ben Stuckey, and Josh Vahle each earned the distinction as NAIA Scholar-Athletes. Taylor's eight honorees tied Indiana Wesleyan for the most in the Crossroads League.
In order to be eligible to be named an NAIA Scholar-Athlete, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade-point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved junior academic status at their current institution.
