Trojans Finish Fifth at CL Women's Golf Championships

COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Taylor women's golf team improved one spot in the team standings over the final 18 holes of action on Tuesday but could not make a serious push and settled for a fifth-place team finish at the 2026 Crossroads League Championships.
The Trojans matched their second round total of 322 over the third and final round on Tuesday, gaining 10 strokes on Huntington to overtake the Foresters for fifth in the standings with a three-round score of 977.
Shayne Lim followed her pair of 78's on Monday with a 75 on Tuesday to hold steady in ninth and record a 54-hole score of 231.
Eleanor Schuitema also registered a sub-80 round on Tuesday, carding a 78 to finish at 237 and in 15th position.
No. 18 Taylor will now wait to learn if it will receive an at-large bid to the 2026 NAIA National Championships in Ypsilanti, Michigan on May 19-22.
