TU Women’s Golf Inches Up in NAIA Top-25 Poll
UPLAND, Ind. – The NAIA announced its latest Women's Golf Top-25 Poll on Friday, with Taylor moving up one spot to No. 18 in the national rankings.
The Trojans earned 203 points in the new poll, marking a six-point bump and a gain of one position from the previous poll.
Taylor played in a pair of tournaments between the two polls, finishing 15th-of-21 teams at the Music City Classic in Nashville on April 13 and 14, before winning the nine team Bethel Pilot Spring Invite on April 17.
TU averaged 307.8 over those five rounds, lowering its season scoring average to 311.7 over 16 rounds of competition.
No. 18 Taylor will return to action on May 4 and 5 at the Crossroads League Championships in Columbus, Indiana.
