Day One of NAIA Nationals Washed Out
YPSILANTI, Mich. – Eleanor Schuitema's start to the 2026 NAIA Women's Golf National Championships was delayed a day after storms forced the postponement of Tuesday's opening round. The tournament will now be a 54-hole event, with single rounds planned for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Schuitema is now set to tee off on Wednesday at 10:30 am and will play her second round on Thursday. If Schuitema finishes 36 holes among the top-six individuals on the leaderboard who are not part of an advancing team, she will make the cut and advance into Friday's final round.
