Thirteen Trojans Earn NAIA Scholar-Athlete Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Taylor University women's track and field program earned 13 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors recently as announced by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
In order to be named a NAIA Scholar-Athlete, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade-point average of 3.50 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved junior academic status at their current institution.
Abby Crosley, Amanda Dibley, Anna Souzis, Brianna Jordahl, Jenny Keith, Lenna Klein, Maddie Weeden, Mae Elizabeth Gimre, Megan Harrison, Michelle Franch, Mikaela Grout, Rachel Blagg and Taylor Bluemel were among the 561 women's track and field student-athletes from around the nation to be named as 2019 NAIA Scholar-Athletes and were 13 of the 64 student-athletes from the Crossroads League to be recognized.
