TU Cheer Continues Run at Indiana Wesleyan Wildcat Weekend
MARION, Ind. – One day after posting the fifth-best score in program history with a mark of 87.6 to open the season, Taylor turned in two more top scores in the second and third rounds of the season-opening IWU Wildcat Weekend.
Taylor opened Saturday's action with a score of 87.22 to finish in fourth place out of 11 teams competing in the weekend's second round. TU's score was its seventh-best in program history, just two spots back of Friday's performance.
The Trojans then took second place out of seven teams in the third round of the weekend, recording a score of 86.23 for its eighth-best score in program history.
Taylor will resume its schedule on Friday, February 13 with the Saint Francis Invite, starting at 6:00 pm.
