Dutkowski, Turner Earn PING All-Region Honors

UPLAND, Ind. – Taylor's Alec Dutkwoski and Trey Turner have each been named to the NAIA PING North All-Region Team. The Golf Coaches Association of America announced the teams this week.
Dutkowski, a freshman from Wakarusa, Indiana, led TU with a 74.9 scoring average in 28 rounds of competition. He recorded nine top-10 finishes in 13 events, including a third place finish at the Crossroads League Championship. Dutkowski also earned NAIA third team All-American honors.
Turner, a sophomore from Bedford, Indiana, managed a 75.2 scoring average in 28 rounds. He claimed three tournament titles during the season, including the Crossroads League Championship. Turner collected seven top-10 finishes and set the TU record for the lowest 36-hole total (-5) and lowest 54-hole total (-6) in program history.
Turner and Dutkowski are the first TU men's golfers to earn PING All-Region honors and were the only Crossroads League players selected to the all-region team.
