Halterman Headlines Seven NAIA All-American Awards for Women’s Track and Field

UPLAND, Ind. – The Taylor women's outdoor track and field team recently wrapped up their season, with the women having their best finish at the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships, ending in sixth. The Trojans logged seven NAIA All-American awards from ten student-athletes over four events.
Jaynie Halterman led the women with a pair of individual titles, while Noel VanderWall and Abby Mays earned All-American honors for a second year in a row in the Outdoor season. Kiana Siefert, Emersyn Funk, and Addie Draper joined the trio on the podium as the women turned in a stellar performance.
In order to receive NAIA All-American recognition, an athlete or relay must advance to the finals at the NAIA National Championships and record a top-eight finish.
